My name is Kennedy, I am a registered nurse with a passion for women’s health and labour and delivery. It is my goal to help families to become empowered by taking a holistic and accurate approach to teaching the essentials of pregnancy, labour and delivery and post-partum. Outside of my work, I live in a busy house central of the city with my husband, two dogs and a cat. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching contemporary dance and fitness classes, thrifting, keeping a clean a house and of course drinking a glass of wine or crafting my own cocktails. I have always loved being in the teaching role and am beyond excited to be a resource to you and your family for your personal birthing experience.
