We recommend booking your class between 32-34 weeks pregnant.
Does the prenatal class involve my husband/birth partner/friend/support person?
YES! Our classes are designed to make everyone feel prepared for birth.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Yes. Please check with your insurance company for a list of their coverage options. On booking we will issue the appropriate receipt to submit for reimbursement.
Do I need to deliver at a specific hospital to take your classes?
No. We know labour and delivery! We can guide you through the process no matter what site you deliver at.
Are the instructors accessible for questions even after the class?
YES! We want you to feel supported from start to finish. Send us a text or an email and we will get in touch as soon as possible!
Do I need to take a prenatal class to access the other services you provide?
No. You can pick the service or services you need to feel empowered throughout your pregnancy and postpartum stages.
Do you have bundled services?
YES! You can bundle your prenatal class with a postpartum home visit. You can create your own experience!
