I have been working with the amazing team at the Grey Nuns Hospital in labor and delivery for the last 11 years after graduating from the University of Alberta with my Bachelor of science in nursing degree. Between these years I have had 3 children of my own that bring so much joy to my life. I understand the excitement and anxiety that comes along with pregnancy, delivery and postpartum from a nurse and parent perspective, which has led me to become a prenatal instructor to empower new parents in their parenthood journey!
