I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a certificate in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies in 2019. Since then I have been working in Chronic Disease Management , specifically in the area of diabetes and gestational diabetes. I am a momma of two spirited daughters, and in fact, becoming pregnant and the early stages of feeding baby is what spurred my passion about food and nutrition in the first place!
